INTEGRITY, DEDICATION, MOTIVATION, ACTIVE LISTENER, and PROMPT. These are some of the highlighted characteristics I observed that defined Ilya as my realtor during my house hunting voyage. If you are looking to buy a home, we all know how stressful that can be and everyone including some eavesdroppers will put their two senses into it. It is time consuming, exhausting, and overwhelming. Fortunately, my family and I felt that we created a dream team. Our lender and our realtor Ilya. From the very start Ilya asked us a few short but meaningful questions and from our answers, he put the puzzle together to simplify our list but with our high expectations. Integrity, Ilya will get straight to the point and tell you all the pros/cons of the house and the processes and obstacles if you want to move forward with the house. Dedication, you are not his only client which tells you that he is in high demand due to his work ethics. This will give you a peace of mind that he will give you his 110%. I gave him some space so he can spend time with his love-ones otherwise he will work like a machine. It is great for me but then I am not that terrible. If he sees any slight delayed or poor workmanship from others i.e., escrow officer, notary, etc., he has no problem firing them and look for a better one because we all have the common goal, to depart happy and purchase a great home in the most seeming less expeditious way. Exceeding the expectation is self-rewarding and is the fuel to his motivation. I believe that Ilya is motivated by this concept, and it is advantageous to his clients. Active listener, you paint him a picture and he will do his utmost effort to make that a reality. Prompt. You can call, text, e-mail, snail mail, even use a pigeon if you like, he will answer you back immediately. You want great results, get a great person.
